You can go back in and reset your computer. Well maybe you can't but I am sure you can find someone that can for cheap. It takes a matter of seconds and you can recover the lost stuff.
I tried lots of recovery stuff, but nothing worked unfortunatly... it was goona cast heaps to get somone els ein aswell... Oh well. Nothing like a fresh start!
